What is Fostering?
Fostering means providing temporary care for a cat in your home until they find their permanent family. As a foster parent, you'll help cats adjust to home life, receive necessary medical care, and prepare for adoption.
Koko's Rescue provides all necessary supplies and covers medical expenses. You provide the love, care, and socialization these cats need to thrive.
Why Foster with Us?
1
Fostering is simple
Kittens are so easy, they don't even need to be potty trained. All you have to do is provide a place for them to live until they are adopted. All instructions will be provided to first time fosters.
2
The joy of cute kittens
Who doesn't want adorable cats in their home? You are able to snuggle with, play with, and raise a cat without the commitment of actually owning one!
3
You are saving lives
Fosters are a crucial component of rescuing cats. Most cats and kittens from Koko's Rescue are rescued from the tough streets of New York City. By providing a place for the cat or kitten to reside, you can ensure that their future will be filled with love and warmth.
